Josh Jacobson joined Stoops Law Firm in 2025. Before relocating to Denver, Josh served in the United States Air Force as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During his service, he advised installation commanders as general counsel and represented service members as a criminal defense attorney, gaining extensive courtroom experience in military courts-martial.
Education
Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma, where he received highest honors in oral advocacy and served as Research Editor for the American Indian Law Review. Before law school, he earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he was also a member of the wrestling team.
Personal Life
Josh loves practicing law and representing people who need help. Deeply family oriented, Josh takes every opportunity to explore Colorado with friends and loved ones and enjoys Denver’s coffee and live music scenes.
